About Nuzul

Nuzul (نزل) is a Riyadh-based property technology company whose website describes it as an engine for real estate operations. The platform, launched in 2022, is aimed at people working in the Saudi property market, mainly brokers and agents, and helps them reach existing and new customers.

According to Sharikat Mubasher, Nuzul's offer includes digital offices for brokers, listing websites and cloud storage hosted nationally. The same report said the company planned to launch additional products in 2024 to simplify the brokerage process and the management of offers.

In November 2023, Sharikat Mubasher reported that Nuzul closed a pre-seed round led by Flat6Labs with the participation of several angel investors. The amount was not disclosed. A third-party directory lists the company as founded in 2021 with about 11 employees; Dealroom's entry for the company shows no external funding, and it should not be confused with Nuzol, a separate Dammam company focused on rental management for student housing and owners.
