About Mujtamaat (مجتمعات)

Mujtamaat (مجتمعات) is a Saudi property-technology company that says it is the first specialised in managing owners' associations (جمعيات الملاك). It aims to turn these into residents' associations through a platform for decision-making, money management, building maintenance and communication between neighbours. The directory lists it in Riyadh at pre-seed stage, and it offers a mobile app.

The company states that it operates under the supervision of the Real Estate General Authority and lists a commercial registration, a facilities-management licence and a property-management licence. Under Saudi law an owners' association is required when a jointly owned property has three or more separately titled units, which is the market the company serves.

Its services fall into four areas. Governance covers meeting and general-assembly management with automatic minutes and decision records, with electronic voting and document and bylaw storage marked as coming soon. Finance covers budget planning, live tracking of expenses and income, and supplier invoices and contracts, with digital collection and payment of fees and financial reporting marked as coming soon. Maintenance covers tracking maintenance requests from submission to closure, with a supplier network and performance rating coming soon. Community management covers resident surveys, announcements, and suggestions and feedback.

The brand draws on the traditional Arab courtyard-hall, the liwan, as a symbol of neighbours governing shared affairs together. The site also has pages for partners and an interest-registration form.
