About Mnzil
Mnzil is a Saudi company that provides housing for workers, together with transport, catering and building operations, to employers in Saudi Arabia. Enterprise AM describes it as Riyadh-based.
Mnzil was founded in 2024 by Abdulmajeed Al-Babtain and Abdulrahman Al-Shaya, according to Argaam, Wamda and Enterprise AM. Argaam named Al-Babtain, known as Majeed, as chief executive in November 2025. Al-Shaya is named as co-founder.
The website lists four services. Workforce accommodation covers furnished compounds with security, housekeeping and maintenance. Transportation offers shuttles linked to the housing. Catering supplies daily meals that the company says follow Saudi Food and Drug Authority standards. Operate My Unit has Mnzil renovate and manage a client's own unit. The site lists 50 sites with more than 6,260 beds in Riyadh, its largest city. At its Series A, Mnzil named Smasco, EFSIM, Barq and Sixt as clients, and a later press release lists Amazon, Noon, Nestle, McDonald's and Americana.
In 2026 Mnzil announced a SAR 1 billion real estate fund with developer The Development Group and Capital Partners, a Saudi asset manager licensed by the Capital Market Authority, which manages the fund. Mnzil is the exclusive operator. The fund plans compounds for up to 50,000 workers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah and Madinah, with development expected to start in late 2026.
On 25 November 2025 Mnzil announced a Series A of USD 11.7 million, equal to SAR 44 million, led by US fund Founders Fund, which described it as its first lead investment in Saudi Arabia. COTU Ventures also took part, and Argaam described it as Mnzil's first venture investor. The money is meant to fund a 22,000 square metre site for six new worker-housing buildings. No financial results have been published.
At the Series A, Mnzil reported more than 13 cities, over 60 buildings and more than 100 corporate clients. The fund release cites more than 30,000 workers and over 250 corporate clients, and the undated website shows 35,000 workers and 247 businesses.
