About Mismar

Mismar (MisMar) is a Riyadh-based car maintenance platform founded in 2020. Its app covers breakdown repair, accident repair, oil, battery and tyre changes, periodic servicing and vehicle inspection, with work done at the customer's location or at approved centres. For breakdowns and accidents the car is collected, diagnosed, quoted through the app and returned after repair.

The company's website says services are offered in more than 45 Saudi cities, with warranties of up to five years depending on the part or fault, customer support around the clock, and instalment payment through Tabby or Tamara for individuals. It has separate pages for companies, insurance and service providers; CB Insights describes a B2B and B2G product for fleets and workshop management.

Chief executive Khalid AlKhodhairi said at the Biban24 forum that the app had served about a million clients in the Kingdom. In 2024 Mismar won the USD 200,000 top prize at the Entrepreneurship World Cup held during Biban24, which is a competition prize rather than an equity round. CB Insights puts total raised at USD 300,000 with investors including 500 Global, while Caplight lists USD 240,000.
