About Meeza
Meeza is a Qatar-listed data centre operator, according to TechScoop. It runs five certified M-VAULT data centre sites and is building more capacity. Mohammed Ali Al-Ghaithani is its chief executive.
Meeza has disclosed several long-term capacity leases with global hyperscalers that it does not name. In July 2025 it reported a lease worth more than QAR 350 million for 4 MW over more than ten years, and in October 2025 one worth more than QAR 750 million for 6 MW. On 7 September 2026 it disclosed a further lease worth more than QAR 1 billion, about USD 275 million, for 8 MW at a new campus built for cloud and AI workloads. The article gives no lease length for that deal and no date when the capacity will go live.
In late July 2026 the company arranged a QAR 1.6 billion murabaha facility from Dukhan Bank to fund the M-VAULT 6, 7 and 8 build-out, a 44 MW expansion intended to take total capacity above 60 MW.
The company's website and annual report could not be reached during research, so its founding date, ownership, listing details and financial results are not recorded here.
