About Kudwa
Kudwa is an AI finance management platform for companies that report across several entities. Its software sits on top of a company's existing accounting, ERP, CRM and other business systems, consolidates the data, automates reporting and explains what changed in the numbers. The company's website lists multi-entity consolidation, automated reporting, AI-powered insights, analysis and forecasting, and cash flow management, and names finance leaders, business leaders, and accounting firms and fractional CFOs as its audiences. Sharikat Mubasher described the target customers as businesses with 50 to 500 employees and up to USD 80 million in turnover.
Kudwa was founded in 2023 by Karl Nasr and Sam Arif, and Nasr is chief executive. Arab Founders reported that the company first launched in Lebanon before relocating to the UAE. Its website gives an office at Innovation One in the Dubai International Financial Centre, while its LinkedIn page lists San Francisco as its primary location and a size of 11 to 50 employees, and press releases describe it as UAE and US based. Sharikat Mubasher reported that it operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States and India.
Integrations shown on the website include Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot and Google Sheets. The company says its models combine machine learning with large language models, with the statistical side intended to reduce the risks of using language models alone. Customer testimonials on the site come from finance staff at Erad and Holo, and the site states that Kudwa has SOC 2 Type II security certification.
In March 2026 Kudwa announced USD 1.1 million in seed funding, which the founders said had closed ahead of schedule in late 2025. The investors named were 1818 Venture Capital, F6 Ventures, Sparked VC, IM Fndg of Lebanon and Institutional Venture Partners. No lead investor was named. The company said the money would go to product development, more integrations and go-to-market work across several geographies, and that it is adding multi-entity consolidation, AI forecasting, cash visibility and advanced reporting.
