About Keir International
Keir International is a Saudi Arabian contractor and technology services company that builds, operates and maintains communications and electricity networks. Its website lists telecom, power, software and construction as core business areas. Its shares trade on the Nomu parallel market of the Saudi Exchange under the symbol 9542.
Keir's website says it was founded in 2008 as Ceir for Telecom and IT Co., Ltd., renamed Keir International Company Limited in 2014 and took its present name in 2017. Argaam, citing exchange listing information, dates the founding to 2007 in Riyadh. The company began in telecommunications, including GSM infrastructure and tower building, and later added power, water, gas, IT and construction, the last with Quadratics Development. Its news page names Mohammed Al Dhalaan as founder.
Keir began trading on Nomu on 17 July 2022 with capital of SAR 120 million. Its board approved a main-market transfer in December 2023, but Argaam still called it Nomu-listed in October 2026. Named clients include Saudi Electricity Company, National Grid SA, the Ministry of Interior and Dawiyat Telecom. Argaam reported a SAR 119.7 million project with Saudi Electricity in February 2025 and a SAR 119.5 million contract with National Grid SA in March 2025.
In June 2026 Keir signed a five-year exclusive distribution agreement for Saudi Arabia with Shenzhen Action Technologies, effective 9 June. On 21 June it signed a one-year, SAR 130 million cooperation agreement with Metsco Heavy Steel Industries, under which Metsco provides procurement, execution, operational, logistics and technical support for Keir's infrastructure projects in the Kingdom.
Keir reported a net loss of SAR 45.8 million for 2025, against a net profit of SAR 459,400 in 2024. Accumulated losses stood at SAR 148.43 million at the end of 2025, equal to 123.7 percent of capital. In July 2026 its board approved a plan to address them, including a possible capital reduction.
Abdulaziz Al-Shahrani became chief executive in February 2026 and resigned effective 30 May 2026, and chief financial officer Yaman Aydin has been acting chief executive since 1 June 2026. Ahmed Al-Hazmi became acting chairman in February 2026 after Moath Al Suhaibani resigned.
