About Kafaa Capital

Kafaa Capital (Kafaa Al-Maliya) is a Saudi financial technology company based in Riyadh that connects businesses seeking financing with investors. Its website states that it holds a fintech permit from the Capital Market Authority, issued in May 2023, to arrange the offering of debt instruments to investors, and that it provides post-offering services including custody of debt instruments and acting for investors to complete financing. The company says it was established in Riyadh on 14 August 2023.

On the financing side, the site lists several products: real estate development financing for developers of all categories, with terms of two to four years and an issuance cap of SAR 20 million; capital expansion financing for asset purchases and expansion projects, up to four years and SAR 10 million; Ijara (leasing) for asset acquisition by small, medium and large businesses, two to four years and up to SAR 20 million; and Murabaha for short- and medium-term working capital. The platform describes its financing as Sharia-compliant and says applicants can request financing in minutes with funds delivered within five working days.

On the investment side, the platform lets investors buy corporate sukuk across Saudi sectors, with a stated minimum of USD 1,000 and advertised returns above 15 percent, which are the company's own marketing claims. Investment opportunities are reviewed by an independent Sharia committee chaired by Prof. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Shubaili, with Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Sayari as a member.

The site lists the CMA, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce, Elm, ANB, Mozn and SIMAH among its partners and service providers. A mobile app is available. Executives and funding rounds are not named in the pages reviewed.
