About Jana Financial
Jana Financial (منصة جنى المالية), operated by Jana Al-Forsa Financial Company, is a Saudi fintech platform that distributes units of real estate investment funds, private equity, venture capital and fixed-income funds. The Capital Market Authority granted it a fintech lab experimental permit on 13 June 2023 for distributing investment funds and real estate investment funds. The company is registered in Riyadh under commercial registration 1010869149 and is owned by Al-Forsa Al-Riyadia Investment Company.
The platform aims to broaden participation of individuals and small investors in investment opportunities, diversify the fund types available, support the digital economy and contribute to financing small and medium-sized enterprises. It says registration takes three steps, that funds offered are Sharia-compliant, and that it targets individuals and entities alike. Its terms state that it performs due diligence on participating fund managers but does not provide investment analysis or advice. A mobile app is available.
The site lists Elm, Thiqah, ANB, TPC, Focal and Moyasar among its partners.
