Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology, trading as Jahez Group, is a Riyadh headquartered technology company that operates Saudi Arabia's leading homegrown food delivery platform alongside a growing portfolio of digital commerce, logistics, and SaaS subsidiaries. Founded in 2016 by Ghassab Al Mandeel, the company began as a food aggregator connecting consumers with restaurant partners and delivery drivers, and has since expanded into a diversified group encompassing Logi, a last-mile logistics platform serving e-commerce operators; PIK, a direct commerce marketplace for fashion, cosmetics, hardware, and electronics; Marn, a cloud-based point of sale and restaurant management SaaS solution; Sol, a B2B HoReCa supply and e-commerce platform; Blu, a sports merchandise and ticketing platform in partnership with Al Hilal Saudi Club; and a cloud kitchen operation serving restaurant partners. As of its most recent reporting, Jahez holds approximately 33 percent of Saudi Arabia's online delivery market by order share, operates across more than 47 cities in Saudi Arabia with over 1.3 million active users and a network of more than 12,000 merchant branches and 34,000 delivery partners, and has delivered more than 68 million cumulative orders since launch. On January 5, 2022, Jahez became the first homegrown early-stage Saudi startup to list on a public exchange, debuting on the Saudi Exchange's Parallel Market Nomu under ticker symbol 9526 at SAR 850 per share and a market capitalization of approximately 2.4 billion dollars, with its IPO oversubscribed 38.8 times among institutional investors and winning the Saudi Stock Exchange Best IPO Award in 2022. In 2024, Jahez transferred its listing from Nomu to the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange, broadening its investor base, and has stated targets of achieving full profitability across its GCC operations by 2025.
