About Jada Fund of Funds
Jada Fund of Funds is a Riyadh-based fund of funds that invests in venture capital, private equity and private debt funds in Saudi Arabia. Its stated purpose is to build private investment that supports the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and its website gives an address on King Abdullah Branch Road in Riyadh.
According to its website, the Council of Ministers created Jada by resolution in 2018 and PIF launched it as part of Saudi Vision 2030. The board is chaired by Omar Al-Madhi, co-head of MENA Direct Investments at PIF, with Eyas Al-Dossari as vice chairman and Bandr AlHomaly as chief executive.
Jada commits capital to fund managers and does not invest directly in companies. Its website reports 47 portfolio funds, more than 700 small and medium enterprises supported and more than 19,000 jobs created in Saudi Arabia. Funds it has backed include SEEDRA Ventures Fund II, announced on 20 November 2024 as an early-stage, sector-agnostic venture capital fund, and Growth Catalyst Fund I. The site also lists a commitment to Merak Capital and an investment in the second regional fund of eWTP, without dates.
On 28 July 2026 Jada announced a strategic commitment as an early institutional and anchor investor at the first close of Growth Catalyst Fund I, a private equity fund licensed by the Capital Market Authority with a target size of 750 million riyals, about 200 million dollars. Jada did not disclose the size of its commitment. AlHomaly said growth equity occupies a vital space in a mature private capital market. A TechScoop report of 29 July 2026 adds that Jada has also backed Stride Ventures Debt Fund V.
As a PIF subsidiary, Jada has no external funding rounds, and none were found.
Jada's website says it hosted SuperReturn Saudi Arabia for the first time in 2026 and held an executive roundtable on private credit. The Growth Catalyst Fund I commitment is its most recent announced investment found.
