About Insait IO
Encore AI is a New York-headquartered company that builds artificial intelligence agents for customer support and sales, mainly for banks, insurers and other regulated businesses. It was founded in 2022 as Insait IO and adopted the Encore AI name in July 2026.
Dr. Dvir Ginzburg founded the company and is its chief executive. He holds a doctorate in geometric deep learning and previously worked on recommendation systems at Microsoft. The company first built recommendation software for financial advisers and relationship managers before moving into agent-based customer interaction. Calcalist reported in July 2026 that it had about 50 employees, 35 of them in Israel.
Encore describes a patented method called Interaction Mining, which analyses call recordings, chats, emails, funnel stages and customer-relationship data to identify which tactics lead to a sale or a retained customer. The company's website lists three products built on it: Autopilot, which runs customer interactions without live human involvement; Wingman, which assists customer-facing staff during a conversation; and Journeys, which produces agentic landing pages.
Calcalist reported that the platform was deployed at more than 30 organisations in Israel, Australia, Europe and the United States, mostly banks, insurers and healthcare providers, and named Harel and Bank Leumi as customers that also invested. TechScoop quoted the company as citing more than 40 enterprise customers. The company's website says it holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certification and SOC 2 Type 2 reporting, and that it complies with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
On 29 July 2026 Encore announced a 30 million US dollar Series A round. Team8 is named as lead in every account; the company's release also names Planven and The Garage as leads, and participants include Lukatz and several banks and insurers that were customers first. The Garage led the earlier pre-seed and seed rounds, whose amounts were not disclosed. The company said the money would fund expanded United States sales and deeper deployments with large financial institutions. It did not disclose revenue or valuation, and said annual recurring revenue had grown more than fivefold since the seed round.
