Its office is on King Fahad Road in the Olaya district of Riyadh.

The website says ICS was founded in 2003 in the United States and that ICS Arabia was established in Saudi Arabia in 2012; its timeline also records the company being set up in the Kingdom under a SAGIA licence in 2014. Abdullah Almazny is managing director and Syed Muzzammil Ahmed chief technology officer. The website states, without a date, that the company has more than 70 clients, over 120 completed projects worth more than SAR 2 billion, and more than 75 engineers.

Its timeline lists first Saudi projects in 2013, including emergency response command centres, followed by the PIF Tower in 2014, a national command and control centre in 2015, and Tier III data centres in Riyadh in 2017 and Jeddah in 2021.

On 6 November 2024 it took part in the ceremony marking the start of construction of the 187 MW Desert Dragon data centres in Riyadh, for which it produced the fourth-generation facility design. The first phase comprises 59 MW in Al-Kharj and 6 MW in Riyadh, and colocation clients named at the event were Go Telecom, Life Shield and Hoshan Group.

On 29 December 2023 the company announced that it had renewed and added ISO certifications for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, information security and IT service management. In January 2024 it announced a second-grade rating in the Saudi contractor classification system.

ICS Arabia has not published its ownership, revenue or any funding. Its most recent news item, dated 8 September 2025, covered the Desert Dragon project at the DCCI Saudi 2025 summit in Riyadh.
