About HANDL HUB
Handl Hub is a Saudi startup that sells an operating platform for online stores in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Its website describes the product as the operating brain of an e-commerce store: software that watches store data and tells the owner what to do next, with a team that can carry out the work.
The Falak Angels investor platform lists the company as founded in 2025 and based in Riyadh, with Doaa Aref as founder and chief executive and Najla Almaotlaq as co-founder and chief operating officer. The listing gives its stage as seed, while later coverage of its funding calls it pre-seed. LinkedIn lists a team of two to ten people.
The website says the platform runs 63 artificial intelligence engines that monitor inventory, pricing, abandoned carts, customers and marketing, and issues prioritised daily, weekly and monthly recommendations, each with an expected impact in Saudi riyals. An on-demand execution team of trained specialists can work inside a store on product management, campaigns and customer service, billed by the hour, task or month. The company also runs an Arabic-language academy for store teams and offers a free store audit. As read in October 2026, it lists three monthly plans at SAR 199, SAR 499 and SAR 699, and it invites visitors to request early access.
Handl Hub graduated from the fifth cohort of the Etlaq Accelerator, run by the Saudi programme Venture House, known in Arabic as Beit Al-Manshaat. The cohort's demo day took place on 5 May 2026 at CODE in Riyadh, according to MENA Startup Digest. Jawlah reported that the five funded companies were chosen from more than 1,400 applications.
Venture House Ventures Fund, the investment arm of Venture House, invested 100,000 dollars in Handl Hub as a pre-seed round through a simple agreement for future equity, which converts into shares when a priced round is raised. The fund put 500,000 dollars in total into five startups, giving each the same amount; the others are Stoqa, Ofintech, Sighti and 21 Doctors. Arab Founders reported the investment on 22 July 2026.
