About Hamad Bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Manea & Partners Co.

Hamad Bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Manea & Partners Co. is a Saudi closed joint-stock company. Its public profile rests on a minority stake in a consumer finance venture led by Jarir Marketing Company. Coverage spells its name in more than one way, including Hamad bin Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Manaya & Co.

In December 2024 Jarir signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Aman Non-Bank Financial Services and Electronic Payments Company of Egypt and the Al Manea company to set up a consumer finance company in Saudi Arabia with initial capital of SAR 100 million. Under the proposed split, Jarir would hold 49 percent, Aman 41 percent and the Al Manea company 10 percent. Mubasher reported in January 2025 that the memorandum ran for three months with an option to extend, that establishing the company depended on regulatory approvals, and that Jarir said no related parties were involved.

In February 2026 Jarir told the Saudi Exchange that the Saudi Central Bank had given preliminary approval to establish Rifd Integrated Company, which will carry out micro-consumer finance with capital of SAR 50 million. MENA Startup Digest and TechScoop reported the same shareholding of 49, 41 and 10 percent. The approval is not a final licence, Rifd cannot yet offer services to the public, and Jarir said it was completing the remaining regulatory steps.
