About Grona
Grona is a software company whose platform redesigns existing websites with artificial intelligence. According to its website, the product researches a live page, including competitor advertising, traffic data and a customer's Google Analytics 4 data, generates changes, and tests them on real visitors. The company states that its aim is to let any business redesign its site without hiring an agency or waiting on developers.
Grona has three co-founders. Ali Sohail leads operations and describes himself as a third-time founder with more than ten years in the startup sector, including heading delivery teams at bp and Toyota. Saad Sohail leads marketing and growth and says he spent more than ten years working on website traffic and revenue across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Fahd Arif Sheikh leads engineering and product and says he was an early product leader at Unlayer. The company publishes no founding year or headquarters.
The platform works as a four-step loop of research, generation, testing and shipping, and monitoring of conversions after launch with recommended fixes. A product called Grona Autopilot is described on the site as live. It generates page sections, calls to action, interactive elements and on-brand images, runs A/B tests or full rollouts, can target by traffic source, and installs through a single tracking snippet. Integrations listed are Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Google Tag Manager. A free Starter plan covers building and previewing campaigns, and paid plans are required to publish them. Case studies name MouthShield, DermaClear and BrightDesk, and the site cites an average client conversion lift of 25 percent.
TechScoop reported on 20 September 2026 that Grona organised the AI Marketing Hackathon with COLABS and Salesflo at COLABS Narjis in Riyadh on 30 August, the afternoon before the LEAP conference. The event used about a thousand synthetic buyers, modelled on each team's target audience, to score campaigns, and was backed by Google for Startups credits. The company's site also shows its team at WebSummit Qatar 2026.
No funding rounds, investors or financial results for Grona appear on the pages reviewed.
