About Gargash Real Estate
Gargash Real Estate is the property arm of Gargash Group, a Dubai-based family business that its website says was established in 1918. The group's website lists automotive, financial services, real estate and new opportunities as its business areas, and Forbes Middle East lists the group's four verticals as automotive, real estate, financial services and food and beverage. Gargash Real Estate's page says it has been part of the United Arab Emirates property industry for more than 30 years.
According to that page, the company has invested in residential, commercial and industrial properties and in real estate development projects. It says it manages more than 1,500 residential and commercial units and serves more than 7,600 tenants and employees. Two recent projects are named. Nimir is a 14-storey residential building in Barsha Heights, Dubai, with 106 apartments, a gym and a swimming pool. Dar Maryam is a residential tower in Al Barsha 1 with 117 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a rooftop pool, a children's play area and a gym. The pages read give no founding date, no list of services such as leasing or brokerage, and no named head of the real estate business.
The group is led by Samir Gargash as chairman and Shehab Gargash as managing director and group chief executive, according to its about page. That page reports more than 3,000 employees from more than 80 nationalities and more than 45 group investments. Forbes Middle East ranked Gargash Group 71st on its 2026 list of the top 100 Arab family businesses.
In June 2026 the UAE proptech Rentify said Gargash Real Estate was one of five enterprise customers using Earn AI, its AI platform for rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders and lease renewals. Wamda reported that the five customers together manage thousands of residential and commercial units in the UAE. Rentify did not describe how Gargash Real Estate uses the product.
