About Flow Ventures
Flow Ventures is an investment and financial services platform for early-stage and scaling startups in Palestine. It is the investment arm of Flow Accelerator and was launched in January 2026. Flow Accelerator describes it as providing structured capital and strategic growth support, and Bnews reported on 15 January 2026 that it was created to address funding, deal flow and growth barriers facing Palestinian startups by helping ventures access capital, prepare for investors, form partnerships and expand beyond early validation.
Flow Accelerator is a Ramallah-based innovation platform whose programmes run from ideation and incubation to pre-acceleration and acceleration. Bnews described it as a venture development platform with a portfolio of more than 280 startups. In its 2025 impact report, summarised by MENA Startup Digest in December 2025, it said it had guided 107 startups through its programmes and helped facilitate more than USD 2.3 million in funding.
Majd Khalifeh is managing partner and growth and strategy lead of Flow Ventures. According to Flow Accelerator's announcement, the access-to-finance work of Flow Ventures and Flow Accelerator is supported by a strategic collaboration with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
Flow Ventures' first initiative is Flow Angels, a structured angel investment network that it facilitates and that was announced on 27 January 2026 in Ramallah. Flow Angels invests through deal-by-deal syndicates in pre-seed and seed startups founded or co-founded by Palestinians. Up to USD 2 million of angel capital is expected to be available for deployment in 2026, subject to investor participation and approval, and syndicate investments are capped at USD 300,000 per deal. Khalifeh described Flow Angels as the first step in operationalising the vision of Flow Ventures. Flow Accelerator said further announcements on selected investments and portfolio milestones would follow during the year.
