About Flow Angels
Flow Angels is a structured angel investment network facilitated by Flow Ventures. It connects angel investors with early-stage startups founded or co-founded by Palestinians, wherever they are based. Flow Ventures announced the network on 27 January 2026 in Ramallah, and its website describes a hybrid model that combines the agility of angel investing with the discipline of venture capital.
Investment is made through angel syndicates rather than a pooled fund, and each investor decides deal by deal. The website says instruments are equity or quasi-equity, depending on the opportunity. Flow Angels targets pre-seed and seed companies, with syndicate investments of up to USD 300,000 per deal. Up to USD 2 million of angel capital is expected to be available for deployment in 2026, subject to investor participation and approval.
Deal flow comes from the venture-building programmes of Flow Accelerator and is followed by structured evaluation, due diligence and syndication. The network says it looks for strong founders, a validated problem and solution, early traction or validation, and regional or global growth potential. Beyond capital, it offers mentorship, access to investor networks and expansion pathways, particularly into Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
Membership is selective and aimed at active, long-term participation. Benefits listed include access to investment-ready startups, syndicate and co-investment participation, structured due diligence and ongoing education. Fees are shared only during application and onboarding. A founding cohort of angel investors has been onboarded, although neither the announcement nor the website names them or gives their number.
The leadership team is Majd Khalifeh, managing partner and growth and strategy lead, Imam Hithnawi, partner and network and growth initiatives lead, and Leen Abu Baker, partner and deal flow lead. The network is based at the AlTireh Building Center in Ramallah. According to its website, the first investment cycle is being prepared, the portfolio section is marked as coming soon, and no investments have been announced.
