About Finjan Venture Investments

Finjan Venture Investments is a Doha-based investment firm that describes itself as a growing network of angel investors backing high-scale startups in the Middle East and North Africa. Its website, which names the firm Finjan Investments, gives an office at Manarat Lusail in Doha and invites founders to submit pitches through an application page. The site does not state a founding date, a legal name, fund size or typical cheque size, and its investments page did not load.

The firm's team page lists five people. Yousef Albaker and Abdulla AlKhenji are general partners, Ahmed Abdelazim is a senior investment analyst, Mustafa Mohamed is a junior investment analyst, and Aya Ahmed works in operations.

In September 2025 the Saudi Falak Angels Network, the investment arm of Falak Investment Hub, announced a strategic partnership with Finjan Investments. The partnership has four parts: Falak entering the Qatari market while Finjan builds its presence in Saudi Arabia, a joint syndicate to co-invest in startups from both countries, education programmes for regional angel investors, and an exchange of deal flow.

Finjan is named as one of the investors in the US$4 million Series A round announced by the Qatari payments company SkipCash on 1 February 2026. The other participants were Qatar Development Bank, Qatar Islamic Insurance Company, KBN Holding Group and Doha Tech Angels. The reports do not give Finjan's stake or contribution. TechScoop covered the round in July 2026 in an article on the strategic investment that Qatar International Islamic Bank later made in SkipCash.
