About FetchyFox

FetchyFox develops a software platform for airports and other complex public spaces, linking passenger-facing services with operational and commercial information. Its current airport offering combines a digital passenger interface, marketplace functions and management intelligence on shared data infrastructure. The company is based in Silicon Valley and works at the intersection of aviation operations, customer experience and enterprise software.

The passenger platform brings together information such as flight updates, wayfinding, ground transport options and reservations. Marketplace features support pre-ordering, pickup, promotions and access to airport services. For airport teams, commercial tools consolidate sales information and reporting across different systems, while operational functions help staff understand changing conditions and capacity needs. The modules are designed to work together so activity in one part of the airport can inform another.

Co-founder Christina Apatow leads the company. FetchyFox’s origin is rooted in the difficulties of navigating transit hubs and accessing basic services while travelling, including for passengers with reduced mobility. The business participated in Intelak’s travel technology programme. Its product connects the everyday passenger journey with the information airport operators need to manage services and commercial performance.
