Eureeca is a Dubai headquartered, London registered equity crowdfunding platform founded in 2013 that enables startups, SMEs, and growth-stage companies to raise capital online in exchange for equity, serving as an alternative to traditional bank financing and venture capital by democratizing access to investment for both companies and investors. The platform operates under an all-or-nothing fundraising model with 90-day campaign windows, a minimum campaign target of 250,000 dollars, and average individual investment sizes of approximately 5,800 dollars, and by 2024 had built an investor network of 45,000 members from 72 countries across offices in Dubai, London, Amsterdam, and Kuala Lumpur. Eureeca is the only multi-regulated global equity crowdfunding platform, holding authorizations from the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Netherlands Authority for Financial Markets, the Dubai Financial Services Authority within the DIFC, and the Malaysian Securities Commission, giving it one of the broadest regulatory footprints of any equity crowdfunding platform in the world. Since launching it has facilitated more than 30 funding rounds across the UAE, UK, Europe, and Malaysia, raising over 20 million dollars for portfolio companies, and has expanded its strategic direction toward building a fully digitized investment bank that includes secondary market trading and pre-IPO investment products for both institutional and retail investors.
