About Encore AI

Encore AI sells AI agents that handle customer interactions for enterprises and aim to turn them into revenue. The company was known as Insait IO until 2026. Its press release is datelined New York, and its website lists a Brooklyn address. Calcalist describes it as an Israeli start-up with about 50 employees, 35 of them in Israel and the rest in New York and Australia.

Dvir Ginzburg founded the company in 2022 and is its chief executive. Calcalist reports that he holds a doctorate in geometric deep learning from Tel Aviv University and previously worked on recommendation systems at Microsoft. TechCrunch says the company first built recommendation software for financial advisers and relationship managers before rebranding and moving into agents trained on customer conversations.

Its core technology is a patented method the company calls Interaction Mining. It takes in calls, chats, emails and CRM data, divides interactions into stages and identifies which moves advanced or lost a deal. The website lists three products: Autopilot, which runs customer interactions without human involvement, Wingman, which coaches staff during live conversations, and Journeys, which builds landing pages driven by agents.

TechCrunch reports more than 40 enterprise customers, mostly financial institutions, while Calcalist cites more than 30 organisations. Calcalist names Harel and Bank Leumi among customers that also invested. The company's website lists ISO 27001, ISO 42001, AICPA SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance and links to a trust centre.

On 29 July 2026 Encore AI announced a USD 30 million Series A. TechCrunch and Calcalist report that Team8 led it, with Planven, and the company's release names The Garage as a third lead. Lukatz and several commercial banks and insurers that were first customers also took part. The Garage had led the earlier seed round, which TechCrunch says closed less than 18 months before and whose size was not disclosed. TechCrunch reports that annual recurring revenue has grown more than fivefold since the seed round, and that the company will use the new money to expand US sales and deploy with more large financial institutions.
