About Elevatus

Elevatus is a recruitment technology company based in Riyadh that sells an AI-driven hiring platform to large employers, healthcare groups, education providers, financial institutions and government bodies. It describes the product as an operating system for hiring, designed to run the whole process from sourcing to onboarding, with no-code set-up and deployment in under a week.

The platform is split into modules. EVA-REC is the applicant tracking system, with configurable pipelines, branded career pages, AI candidate matching and built-in e-signatures for offers. EVA-SSESS handles video interviews and assessments for screening large applicant volumes. EVA-BOARD covers onboarding before a new hire's first day. EVA-MED is a separate applicant tracking product for healthcare, with approval workflows, licence verification and onboarding paths for physicians, nurses and surgeons; the company markets it as the first healthcare ATS in MENA and says more than 200 companies use it. The company also runs a referral partner programme in which partners earn revenue on clients they bring in.

Elevatus lists clients across the region, including Omantel, Vodafone, Ooredoo, Petroleum Development Oman, Bank Aljazira, flyadeal, Mawani, the Economic and Planning ministry, the Social Protection Fund, Sultan Qaboos University, King Abdullah University and New Murabba.

Funding: the company announced a $10.5 million Series A in September 2022, co-led by Global Ventures and Wa'ed Ventures, the venture arm of Aramco, with Jasoor Ventures also investing, according to coverage by AGBI and the company's press page. Elevatus was launched in 2019 by co-founders Yara Burgan, Yacoub Zureikat and Yanal Kashou; Burgan is chief executive. Some databases give a different founding year and list Cihan Ucar as a founder and chief technology officer.

The product is offered in Arabic and English, and the company lists reviews on Capterra and Software Advice.
