Dubz develops technology and services that move airline check-in and baggage handling beyond the airport terminal. Its offering lets airports, airlines and hospitality partners provide passenger and baggage processing at homes, hotels and other locations. The company combines software with the operational systems needed to collect, track and deliver luggage securely.

For departures, the service can complete check-in, print boarding passes and baggage tags, collect bags and process excess baggage payments. Arriving travellers can arrange delivery of their baggage to a destination outside the airport. The technology connects these activities with airport baggage systems and supports identification, sorting, tracking and last-mile delivery. Dubz offers technology licensing as well as operating models in which it helps build or fully manage the service.

Founded in Dubai in 2016 by Omar Abou Faraj, Mustafa Maghraby and Samer Sobh, the company emerged from Intelak’s aviation and travel incubator. Dnata acquired a majority stake in 2018. Dubz’s projects now include off-airport services in Dubai, Rome and Saudi Arabia, applying its baggage-processing technology to different airport and airline environments.
