CyberSierra is a Singapore-based cybersecurity company providing governance, risk and compliance software for enterprises. Its platform brings together compliance assessment, control monitoring and third-party risk management so security teams can manage work that would otherwise be distributed across documents, questionnaires and disconnected tools. The company serves organisations operating under complex security and regulatory requirements.

Its AI analyst tools map regulatory obligations to internal policies, review evidence submitted for audits and identify gaps requiring human attention. Other functions monitor security controls, assess vendor documentation and prepare responses to due-diligence questionnaires using an organisation’s own policies and previous answers. Pramodh Rai and Subhajit Mandal founded the business in June 2021. CyberSierra initially combined cybersecurity tooling with access to cyber insurance, then expanded into a broader enterprise risk management platform. Investor Leo Capital identifies the business as part of its Singapore portfolio. The product’s development reflects a continuing focus on linking security operations with the evidence organisations need to demonstrate compliance and manage relationships with customers, suppliers and regulators.
