About Capifly

Capifly is a Jordan-based financial technology business providing growth capital to technology companies without requiring founders to sell additional equity. Its financing model focuses on businesses with recurring revenue and uses financial and operating information to assess their ability to access capital. The service connects with applicants’ existing systems, evaluates business performance and creditworthiness, and structures financing under Islamic finance principles. Repayments follow an agreed monthly schedule.

The company targets MENA software businesses with at least one year of operations, venture capital backing and annual recurring revenue above $250,000. Its published product offers financing of up to $1 million. This makes the service relevant to companies that need working capital or expansion funding while preserving ownership. The approach combines credit assessment technology with a financing product designed around the characteristics of digital businesses.

Dunya Bashiti leads Capifly as co-founder and chief executive, alongside co-founder and chief technology officer Ahmed Jaradat. In October 2023, Capifly announced a $1 million pre-seed investment from backers including Oasis500, BLDR Ventures, Joa Capital and Ahli Fintech. The announcement also marked its expansion into Saudi Arabia and plans for a separate non-dilutive capital facility.
