Medhat Karam is chief executive. Enterprise described him in August 2025 as an engineer by training who has led several technology companies. Enterprise described ARPUPlus as a 21-year-old company that began with mobile value-added services and now gives its ventures legal, HR, finance and IT support and access to operator connections. The company says it is not an incubator or an accelerator.

The website lists video on demand, cloud communication, music, telehealth, gaming and sports, and direct carrier billing. Viral Wave, a music label and digital distribution company, was developed under ARPUPlus and sold by A15 to PopArabia, an acquisition announced in April 2026 and reported as A15's ninth exit.
