About Arabian Acres Real Estate

Arabian Acres Real Estate, which trades as Arabian Acres, is a Dubai real estate brokerage and development advisory firm. Its website gives its office as Office 20, Floor 2, Blue Bay Tower, Business Bay. In a 2026 press release the company described its focus as super-prime residential and commercial transactions across the UAE, and said it is licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of the Dubai Land Department.

Atiq Ismail Kapadia founded the firm in 2006. According to the company's website, he entered the family business in 1991, after his father, Ismail Abdul Kareem Kapadia, had started a customs clearing and forwarding company in Dubai in 1974. In June 2025 TradeArabia reported that Atiq Kapadia's son, Issa Kapadia, was taking over as chief executive. At that time the company said its priorities under the new leadership included digital transformation, sustainability, innovation and AI-led planning tools. The website lists Atiq Ismail Kapadia as chairman and Issa Atiq Kapadia as chief executive and managing director.

The firm splits its services into advisory and transactions. Advisory covers investment advisory, portfolio management, development advisory, project management, and financing and joint ventures. Transactions cover buying, selling, leasing, property management, holiday homes and mortgage advisory. The website names Meydan Group, Majid Al Futtaim, Nakheel, Emaar, Aldar, Dubai Holdings and Iman Developers as developers it has worked with.

In March 2026 Arabian Acres acted as exclusive broker for both buyer and seller in the sale of three adjacent freehold plots in Jumeirah Coastline, Dubai, for AED 400 million. The combined site covers more than 113,000 square feet and has about 160 metres of beachfront. The company called it the largest residential land transaction completed in Dubai, a claim that is its own. The plans are for three villas with a projected gross development value above AED 1 billion.

In June 2026 Rentify, a UAE proptech startup, named Arabian Acres Real Estate as one of five enterprise customers using its Earn AI rent-automation platform. No funding or financial results for Arabian Acres have been published.
