Aqar City

About Aqar City

Aqar City (عقار ستي) is a Saudi online property classifieds platform covering sales and rentals across the Kingdom. Its site describes it as licensed by the Real Estate General Authority and shows the Fal licence badge; each listing carries an advertisement licence number from the authority.

The platform brings together owners, real estate offices and developers on one side and people searching for property on the other. Users can browse listings for apartments, villas, land and buildings, filter by region and city, and contact advertisers directly through in-platform messages or WhatsApp. A separate requests section lets a seeker post the specifications and location of the property they want so that matching advertisers can respond. Every office, broker or owner gets an advertiser page listing their ads and contact details, and the site has a real estate reference section. Cities featured on the home page include Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Abha, Makkah, Al Ahsa, Madinah, Buraydah, Qatif, Hafr Al Batin and Jubail, grouped under the Kingdom's administrative regions. The site is available in Arabic and English.

The About page states that the platform is supervised and managed by Aqar City Real Estate Services Establishment, with an address in Jubail, in the Eastern Province. Founders, founding year and funding are not published on the site. The directory lists the company as a seed-stage startup.
