About Algebra AI
Algebra AI is a Dubai-based company that designs, builds and runs AI systems for mid-sized businesses in the Gulf. It works as a managed service rather than selling a software product: it studies a client's existing tools, approval logic and constraints, builds AI-enabled workflows around them, and keeps operating and refining the systems after deployment.
The company emerged from stealth on 9 June 2026. Its announcements say it was founded in partnership with its backers, and BECO Capital says it co-founded and incubated the company, its first such venture. No source gives a founding year. Anis Harb is co-founder and chief executive; press coverage says he previously scaled Deliveroo's Middle East business to more than USD 1 billion in gross transaction value. BECO lists Fayez El-Far as chief technology officer, Abboud Hammour as director of go-to-market and operations, and Rami Kaawach as product lead.
Algebra AI's website lists operations mapping, custom AI systems, a configurable foundation it calls the AI Harness, a knowledge base built from a client's data and procedures, and a managed service after launch. Example agents include account reconciliation, invoice approval, vendor onboarding and cash application, and the website names Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP and other tools it connects to. It lists financial services, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing, and logistics among the industries it serves. Reported clients are in financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution; none are named. Harb said there are more than 30,000 mid-market businesses in the GCC.
On 9 and 10 June 2026 the company announced USD 7 million in financing from Infinity Constellation, BECO Capital, Silicon Badia and Waseel Investments. BECO describes Infinity Constellation as spun out of Invisible Technologies and Waseel as a privately owned Saudi holding group. The round type, lead investor and individual amounts were not disclosed.
Algebra AI said the money would be used to expand its client base across the GCC and to grow its AI engineering and product teams in Dubai. Headcount and revenue have not been disclosed.
