About Ajeer Pay
Ajeer Pay is a Saudi workforce platform aimed at companies that source temporary labour and the licensed agencies that supply it. The product combines workforce planning, matching, contracts, attendance, billing, invoice financing and treasury in one system, and the company says it is aligned with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) and the Ajeer framework. The interface is offered in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.
The platform has two module sets of nine components each. The company-side set covers AI workforce planning, AI workforce matching, contract management, attendance and timesheets, billing and invoicing, treasury and finance, invoice financing, executive analytics, and compliance and audit. The agency-side set covers AI candidate matching, workforce management, worker availability, contracts, attendance, payroll preparation, billing, collections and performance analytics.
Ajeer Pay targets four sectors: construction, facilities management, hospitality, and events management. Its materials reference sector standards such as Saudi Building Code alignment for construction and ISO 20121 for events. The company describes its AI features as providing explained, auditable reasoning for each recommendation. Sales are handled through enterprise demos.
The invoice financing module is a distinct part of the offer, linking workforce billing to working-capital access for suppliers.
