About Agd Ejar

Agd Ejar, legally Aqd Ejar Real Estate Establishment (مؤسسة عقد ايجار العقارية), is a Saudi company headquartered in Jeddah that helps landlords and tenants register electronic lease contracts through Ejar, the government rental platform run under the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. It works as a broker accredited by Ejar, a status it says it has held since 2021, and was founded at the end of 2021.

Customers submit landlord, tenant and property details through a request page or WhatsApp. The team enters the data into Ejar and reviews it, both parties sign electronically through Absher, and the customer receives the registered contract. The company says contracts are ready in 3 to 30 minutes once complete data is received, entirely remotely and anywhere in the Kingdom. The site lists a residential contract at 229 riyals, reduced from 299, and a commercial contract at 499 riyals, with payment after the customer has seen the contract. It positions registered contracts as suitable for Citizen Account, the upgraded social-security programme and the Baladi system. It also has pages for business clients and property owners, and recruits field agents.

The company states it is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, holds a real-estate licence from the General Real Estate Authority and an e-commerce authentication certificate, and cites a 4.97 out of 5 rating from more than 4,273 customers. The site also quotes Ejar-wide totals of about 8 million residential and 1.3 million commercial contracts registered on the platform; these are platform figures, not the company's own volume.

Funding and ownership are not disclosed on the pages reviewed.
