Oura files for a Nasdaq listing with revenue up 74% and 5 million subscribers
The smart ring maker filed on 3 September to list on Nasdaq under OURA, disclosing more than $1.2 billion of revenue for the nine months to 30 June, up 74%, and net income near $60.8 million. The subscription base is the number that carries the story.
