Raz Holding Group is a Saudi Arabia-based diversified business group. Trade press reporting an August 2026 announcement describes it as established in 2008, with interests in investments, real estate and hospitality, finance and fintech, consulting, artificial intelligence, healthcare and education. Gulf News places its headquarters in Riyadh and names Riyadh Al-Zamil as its founder and chairman.
In August 2026 Raz Holding Group and India's KP Group signed a non-binding letter of intent under which Raz intends to explore a strategic investment in, or collaboration with, KP Group or one of its operating entities, which could take the form of an acquisition or a capital injection. The letter is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements and corporate and regulatory approvals in India, provides for a 90-day exclusivity period and stays valid until 18 November 2026 unless both parties agree to extend it. KP Group works in renewable energy and was established in 1994.
Raz Holding took part in the 2.5 million dollar seed round of the Saudi automotive parts platform Autobia, which Wamda reported in June 2023 with Sadu Capital as lead and Wa'ed Ventures and Techstars among the other investors. The company's own website could not be read, and no reported financials were found.
