About بيناكل

Pinnacle Capital is an investment firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which describes itself as an alternative asset firm licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Its registered name is Alqimma Alawla Company For Investment, and its head office is in Masharik Tower on King Fahad Road, in the Al Moatamarat district of Riyadh. Press coverage in August 2026 described the firm as affiliated with the Watar Partners network.

The firm's website says it was founded in 2021. Abdulwahab Al Betairi is chief executive; the site says he has spent more than 18 years in private markets across the Middle East and North Africa and co-founded Watar Partners. Tarek Al Rumaim is chairman, and the board also includes Muhammad Humayun Latif and Dr Adel Al Sayed. The disclosures page names Al Betairi and Al Rumaim as the firm's direct controllers.

Pinnacle runs two strategies. The venture capital strategy co-invests in Saudi technology companies, and the Catalyst strategy takes stakes in listed companies. Its portfolio page names four venture positions, Tamara (2023), Tarabut (2023), Gathern (2025) and Carly (2026), and two Catalyst stakes acquired in 2024, in Depa and Budget Saudi.

Its disclosures page lists CMA licence 12-23262, issued on 20 June 2023, for managing investments and arranging. The firm began managing investments on 24 April 2024 and arranging on 2 July 2024. The page gives paid-up capital of 13,680,180, and Sharikat Mubasher reported the figure as SAR 13.6 million.

On 16 August 2026 Pinnacle announced a venture capital fund for growth-stage Saudi companies and secondary transactions, covered by Wamda that day. The fund invests through primary rounds and by buying existing shares, and it targets fintech, businesses linked to Riyadh's growth as a global city, e-commerce, and health and lifestyle. Its size was not disclosed.

In September 2026 Wamda reported that the Pinnacle Growth and Secondary Fund had invested in Carly through a mix of primary and secondary shares, with terms undisclosed. Later that month Wamda reported that Pinnacle had increased its stake in Gathern, a Saudi short-stay marketplace, again without disclosing the amount.
