About لانديل

Landel is an investment firm based on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Its website says it deploys its own capital in real assets and operating businesses across the Gulf, Europe, Africa and Latin America. The firm takes direct equity positions, usually alongside local developers and operators, and says it underwrites each investment with a defined exit path. The site puts assets under management at more than USD 178 million, without giving a date.

The website groups its activity into three areas. In real estate it develops residential, commercial and logistics projects in the United Arab Emirates and Western Europe, with projects named as Business Bay Tower and JVC Residence in Dubai, Berlin Residences, Vienna Logistics and La Quinta Villas in Marbella. In mobility it backs asset-backed fleet companies in emerging markets. Through direct equity it takes growth-stage stakes in financial services, technology and consumer platforms. The site lists a presence in the UAE, Germany, Spain, Austria, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mexico, Colombia and Peru. The site names Aidar Musin as managing partner and Sergei Balakirev as investment director.

In August 2026 Landel provided USD 10 million in combined equity and debt to Naran, a UAE-based vehicle financing and fleet infrastructure platform founded in 2025 by Bayaskhalan Alexeev and Alexander Gubarev. Its stated 2030 targets are operations in 10 countries and 10,000 cars and 20,000 motorcycles deployed. Naran offers rent-to-own financing on cars and motorcycles to ride-hailing and delivery drivers, with terms of 12 to 60 months, and plans to use the money to grow fleets in Colombia, Peru, Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, enter the Middle East and North Africa and launch new fintech products. GCC Business News reported the deal on 13 August 2026. Musin described Naran as an asset-backed business in which each dollar deployed is secured by a GPS-tracked vehicle. Landel's website lists Naran among its holdings and says the platform has more than 1,000 vehicles.
