About هانغ تن سيستمز

Hang Ten Systems is an enterprise AI services company that aims to replace the headcount-driven model of traditional IT services with AI-native project delivery. It is led by co-founder and chief executive Vishal Sikka, the former chief executive of Infosys, with Navin Budhiraja as co-founder and chief technology officer. Different outlets give the founding date as 2026, with May 2026 mentioned in one report, and the company announced itself publicly on 24 June 2026. Most sources place it in Palo Alto, California, though one outlet reported Menlo Park. The company positions itself as a faster and cheaper alternative to systems integrators such as Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro, whose revenue scales largely with the number of engineers. Hang Ten says it uses agentic code generation, a reusable library of AI skills and deep domain expertise, delivered by a smaller core of experienced engineers, to build, change and run enterprise software. Focus areas named in its launch material include finance, HR, new product development and SAP migrations. Early customers reported in the press include Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and the healthcare group Fresenius. One report said the company is also building AI applications for several areas of Aramco's operations. Hang Ten launched with a USD 32 million seed round led by Mayfield. Aramco Ventures, the venture arm of Saudi Aramco, made a strategic investment, and a group of angel investors took part. Reported backers include Intel chief executive Lip-Bu Tan and Micron chairman and chief executive Sanjay Mehrotra. Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, a founding partner of AME Cloud Ventures, joined the board. In mid-September 2026, about five weeks after the first round, the company announced a second seed round of USD 53 million led by Xora, a Temasek-backed fund, with Mayfield and Aramco Ventures also participating. Total funding stands at USD 85 million, according to TechNode and other outlets. Sikka previously spent about 12 years at SAP, led Infosys from 2014 to 2017, and founded the AI company Vianai Systems. Aramco Ventures, which manages USD 7.5 billion of committed capital, said its chief executive Mahdi Aladel regarded enterprise-scale AI deployment as the main challenge and opportunity of the moment.
