About جينيسوم إيه آي

GENISOM AI, known in Chinese as 智身科技 (Zhishen Technology), is an embodied-intelligence robotics company headquartered in Beijing, with a second site in Suzhou, Jiangsu. Its website says it has about 500 employees, roughly 70 percent in research and development.

The company was founded in December 2023. EqualOcean, citing company registry changes, named the operating entity as 智身科技(北京)有限公司, with Huang Kun as legal representative; shareholders include Guan Mingyao and an affiliate of the robot maker AgiBot. None of the sources read names the founders or a chief executive.

GENISOM makes quadruped robots, a humanoid and joint actuators. The Gangbeng L1 is a light quadruped for security and inspection, and the Tongchui M1 is a heavier model with a payload of about 30 kg and an IP67 rating. It showed the explosion-proof Qianqiu SP1 and humanoid Yinyi NE01 at WAIC in July 2026. Its in-house CHAMP joint modules have an annual capacity above one million units, and its MATRiX simulation platform is open source. Xinhua reported use in power, petrochemical, fire, security, emergency and education settings.

Gasgoo reported that the company delivered 5,000 robots and passed CNY 100 million in revenue by the end of 2025, and that it rolled out its 10,000th robot in June 2026. Xinhua put cumulative production above 15,000 units as of June 2026; these are company figures. The company lists more than 500 ecosystem partners, including Neusoft, Huawei Cloud, AgiBot and Lenovo, and made its ICRA debut in Vienna in June 2026.

In January 2026 GENISOM announced successive rounds totalling several hundred million yuan, led by AgiBot and Guian Kunpeng Fund. In March 2026 a Moutai-linked investment partnership and Highpower Technology became shareholders. In September 2026 it completed a Series B of several hundred million yuan led by Stone Venture of the UAE, with Hongshan Capital, Neusoft, Highpower Technology and others. The amount and valuation were not disclosed. The company said it would open 1,000 robots and more than CNY 100 million in resources to developers and universities.
