About دي-ماتريكس

d-Matrix is a computing hardware company that designs processors and systems for running trained generative AI models, a task known as inference. It is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with offices in Toronto, Sydney, Bangalore and Belgrade, and had more than 250 employees worldwide as of November 2025. The company says it targets hyperscale, enterprise and sovereign customers but names none publicly.

d-Matrix was founded in 2019 by Sid Sheth, who is chief executive, and Sudeep Bhoja, the chief technology officer. Its website lists PJ Jamkhandi as chief strategy officer and interim chief financial officer and Richard Ogawa as general counsel and chief compliance officer. Its board includes representatives of Playground Global, Triatomic Capital, M12, Temasek and Bullhound Capital.

The main product is Corsair, an inference accelerator on a PCIe card that EE Times described in January 2025 as an all-digital compute-in-memory design. d-Matrix also sells JetStream network accelerators and the Aviator software stack, and offers SquadRack, a rack reference architecture developed with Arista, Broadcom and Supermicro. In October 2026 it announced Squadron, a multi-rack system of up to 1,024 Corsair processors, which it said is running in its Arizona data center and shipping to priority customers.

On 10 September 2026 d-Matrix announced a collaboration with NVIDIA under which its Raptor processors, which stack DRAM on a compute chip, will be integrated into NVIDIA's MGX rack architecture through NVLink Fusion. Initial availability is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.

d-Matrix raised a $110 million Series B led by Temasek in September 2023, which brought its total funding to $154 million. In November 2025 it announced a $275 million Series C at a USD 2 billion valuation, co-led by Bullhound Capital, Triatomic Capital and Temasek. Qatar Investment Authority and EDBI joined as new investors, and M12, Mirae Asset, Industry Ventures and Nautilus Venture Partners took part again. Total funding reached USD 450 million, and the company said the proceeds would fund its roadmap and expansion.

In October 2026 d-Matrix reported that Fast Company had named it to its Next Big Things in Tech list.
