About سايفر كابيتال

Cyfr Capital is a venture capital firm based in Muscat, Oman. CB Insights lists it as founded in 2021, and TechScoop's August 2026 coverage gives the same year. Its website describes a network spanning the United States and the Middle East and North Africa and says it targets category-defining startups led by exceptional founders. A directory profile says it backs enterprise software startups in Oman and beyond, while Wamda reported in August 2026 that its strategy is to support early-stage companies building products and services for the Omani market.

A directory profile on Silicon Valley Invest Club lists Mazin Al Naamani as co-founding partner and chief executive, Ali Al Sibani and Majid Al-Lawati as co-founders and partners, and Abdullah Al Badi as a partner. The firm's own website did not display its team when read.

In October 2024 Cyfr Capital led a seed round for QPay, an Omani buy-now-pay-later company, with the amount undisclosed. Wamda and the Oman Observer both reported the investment as the first tranche of a Future Fund Oman initiative to support fintech. In November 2024 it took part in a second round for the Omani foodtech company Fascano, which was led by Future Fund Oman with the Oman Investment Authority. Wamda reported on 21 April 2026 that Fascano closed a third round of USD 10 million, with Cyfr Capital among the investors.

On 18 August 2026 Cyfr Capital announced five investments through its Seed Fund, made in collaboration with Future Fund Oman, which the Oman Observer describes as the venture and growth investment arm of the Oman Investment Authority, established in 2024. The companies are Sooq Cars, a vehicle trading platform; iO Eats, a food delivery app; Darrbak, a tourism booking platform; Decoil, a data and artificial intelligence company; and Pack'N, a packaging and storage company. Cyfr Capital did not disclose individual deal sizes, the total committed or the stakes acquired. The Seed Fund invests at the product-development and early-expansion stage.
