About أوتوبيا

Autobia is a Saudi business-to-business marketplace for automotive spare parts. It sells to retailers, wholesalers and repair shops rather than individual drivers: a buyer orders from a network of verified suppliers, sees a price and has the part delivered. Its website describes it as infrastructure for the automotive after-sales market in Saudi Arabia and gives its legal name as Imdadat Al-Markaba for Trading Co. Its footer lists Dammam as its location.

Emad Daghreri, chief executive, and Ahmed Alawfi, chief operating officer, founded the company in 2021. Sadu Capital's portfolio page says Daghreri previously co-founded TAM, which ran digital engagement projects and went public, and that Alawfi oversees operations, logistics and business development.

The website lists three products. Autobia Market supplies parts from major brands to traders and delivers them across the Kingdom. Inventory on Terms lets traders pay for those purchases in scheduled instalments. Qasima Plus brings together licensed buy-now-pay-later providers so that traders can sell inventory to their own customers in instalments. TechScoop named brands on the platform that include Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Ford, BMW, Denso and ACDelco. The website states, without a date, that more than five million pieces have been sold, that it carries more than 160 brands and that it serves more than 100 cities. Wamda reported fulfilment centres in Riyadh and Jeddah at the time of the 2023 seed round. Its website lists a 2023 Startup of the Year award from Automechanika Dubai.

Autobia raised a USD 2.5 million seed round in June 2023, led by Sadu Capital with Wa'ed Ventures, the venture arm of Aramco, Raz Holding, Techstars and angel investors. On 11 October 2026 it announced a USD 12 million Series A, equal to SAR 45 million, led by Artal Capital with participation from Aljazira Capital and Wa'ed Ventures. Valuation and financial results were not disclosed.

The company said the Series A would fund expansion across Saudi Arabia, stronger fulfilment and logistics, its dynamic pricing technology and wider inventory financing. Artal said it wants Autobia to become key after-sales infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and the wider region, Wamda reported.
