About أسبيس إنترناشونال القابضة
ASPACE International Holdings, also written Aspace International Holdings Limited, is a company in the space industry that is developing the Abu Dhabi Space Eco Park and Satellite City, according to a May 2024 Gulf News report. The report says Aspace has secured 3 million square metres of land in the Khalifa Economic Zones in Abu Dhabi for a hub intended for 3,000 enterprises and described as the largest advanced manufacturing hub for the Middle East's space industry. Sun Fengquan is named as its chairman and chief executive. Gulf News and Gulf Today reported that Alpha MBM Investments, the private investment office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, invested 25 million US dollars in March 2024 at a valuation of 500 million dollars and became its founding shareholder and strategic partner.
In September 2024 MyStartupWorld and Rasmal reported that ASPACE invested in Cubin LLC, a UAE private-markets platform, in a deal MyStartupWorld said valued Cubin at 18 million dollars; Rasmal gave the amount as undisclosed. MyStartupWorld described ASPACE as building a conglomerate of 3,000 companies focused on high-end aerospace manufacturing, and Stephen Wu, a director at ASPACE, commented on the investment. TechScoop's October 2026 article on Cubin refers to the 2024 investment but does not restate the valuation.
