About المخفي
Almakhfi (also written AlMakhfy or AlMokhfy) is a Saudi digital platform that helps students prepare for the Qudurat and Tahsili admission tests used for university entry in the Kingdom. It began as a simple initiative to help students get ready for the two exams and grew into a learning community that, according to the announcement of its sale, has served more than 250,000 students over about eight years. Wamda and SaaSRise date its launch to 2018, although CB Insights lists a later year. The platform was one of the startups affiliated with MVPLab, a programme under the National Technology Development Program. In early July 2026, Noon, the Saudi education company also known as Noon Academy and Noon Education, announced that it had acquired Almakhfi. Financial terms were not disclosed. Noon said the deal strengthens its AI-powered learning ecosystem and widens its offer for middle and high school students, and that Almakhfi's exam-preparation content will be integrated into Noon Track, a pathway designed to prepare secondary students for admission to leading universities by combining Qudurat and Tahsili preparation with English-language instruction and practical training in programming, game development and drones using artificial intelligence. The acquirer started in Riyadh in 2013 as a test-preparation service, founded by Mohammed Aldhalaan and Abdulaziz AlSaeed, and moved in 2017 to a social, group-based learning model. It has raised more than USD 60 million across several rounds, including a SAR 153 million (about USD 40.8 million) Series B led by Wa'ed Ventures and Raed Ventures, and counts Saudi Technology Ventures among its backers. It says it reaches over 16 million students across eight countries and takes part in the Saudi Unicorns Program. The purchase brings Noon back to its original exam-prep business at a time when it is adding artificial intelligence across its products, in a Saudi education market estimated at about USD 50 billion where competitors include AlGooru, Faheem, Abwaab and Jo Academy.
