Soika Labs has opened early access to Mockingjay Network. The Dubai company is giving 5,000 free credits so companies can build specialized AI agents and host them on a shared network.

Soika Labs has opened early access to Mockingjay Network. The Dubai-based company introduced the proprietary agentic AI platform in late October 2026, giving companies 5,000 complimentary credits to build specialized AI agents and host them on a global public network. The early access phase was announced at the Dubai AI Festival. Co-founder and CEO Enzo Amur said the phase gives businesses the opportunity to experience the technology while allowing Soika Labs to understand how companies want to use it. The soft launch covers UAE residents first. A wider launch is planned for December. Mockingjay Network is described as an agentic operating system for businesses. Companies can shift operations onto agent-driven workflows and publish agents to the Global Agentic Neural Network, allowing agents from different companies to communicate and collaborate toward shared objectives. The platform combines an aggregated LLM offering with intelligent auto-routing that directs tasks to the most suitable model. Soika Labs claims the routing saves users up to 70 per cent in credits. In one marketing use case a Mockingbird orchestrator coordinated campaign planning, social media, advertising, events, PR and website activity, moving a campaign from brief to live in 14 days, down from eleven weeks. Agents can cover hiring, CRM, communications, real estate and other functions. Soika Labs has not published the number of companies that have already claimed early access or the number of agents deployed. Those details would show the initial uptake. The company has not published the pricing that will apply after the complimentary credits are used or the volume of credits included in standard packages. It has not published the names of the underlying LLM providers or independent verification of the claimed 70 per cent credit savings. For UAE companies the practical change is access to a platform that allows them to build and host specialized AI agents with 5,000 free credits and the option to publish those agents to a shared network. The value depends on whether the agents complete the listed tasks with acceptable accuracy and whether the credit savings materialize in practice. The early access is framed as a soft launch ahead of a December wider release and does not include any announced capital commitment or external investment. Other companies have also introduced agentic platforms. Soika Labs pairs a 5,000-credit early access offer with a claim of inter-company agent collaboration. The company has not published a comparison of its routing with other multi-model platforms or the number of previous products it has released. The announcement does not list the specific models used by the auto-router or the data residency arrangements for company information processed by the network. Those details would show the technical starting points. Without them Mockingjay Network remains a description of a platform and a set of claims rather than a fully specified commercial service. If Soika Labs publish the number of early access users, agents deployed and any measured outcomes within the next three months, the launch has a measurable follow-through. If the next update is only a restatement of the platform, the change for the market remains the same as the initial announcement. The figures missing are adoption numbers and verified savings. The platform is one element in a wider set of Soika Labs offerings aimed at business automation.
