Jahez invests in Doos after Snoonu acquisition and Noon merger

Saudi Arabia’s fast-commerce startup Doos has received a strategic investment from Jahez International, marking a new phase in the Kingdom’s growing quick-delivery ecosystem.

Saudi Arabia’s quick-commerce landscape is expanding rapidly as Riyadh-based fast-commerce platform Doos, offering groceries, daily essentials and lifestyle products in under 30 minutes, confirmed a strategic investment from Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (Jahez). Founded in 2022, Doos operates in Riyadh and Jeddah with more than 7,000 SKUs ranging from fresh food to household items, emerging as one of the Kingdom’s fastest-growing delivery apps.

Jahez, listed on the Saudi Exchange, has grown beyond its core food-delivery and logistics business by investing more than US $50 million into about 15 regional start-ups. Its move into Doos underscores a shift toward a broader “lifestyle platform” that integrates logistics, retail and quick-commerce capabilities.

The Doos investment comes as Jahez accelerates its regional consolidation strategy. In October 2025, Jahez and noon announced a merger of their delivery operations, integrating food and quick-commerce services. According to an exclusive TechScoop report, noon’s “noon Minutes” rapid-delivery service will be embedded within the Jahez app, while Jahez’s network of more than 50,000 restaurants across 100+ Saudi cities will be integrated into noon’s platform starting November 2025, with full rollout expected in early 2026.

Jahez has also strengthened its regional footprint through its acquisition of a majority stake in Qatar-based on-demand platform Snoonu, a multi-vertical delivery player operating in food, groceries, and retail logistics. The move, combined with the noon merger and Doos investment, positions Jahez to consolidate its leadership across food delivery, instant commerce, dark-store fulfillment, and last-mile logistics across the GCC.
